party a:
party b:
additions to the general contract. these pages
form part of the binding contract between
both parties and are as:
subject to similar interpretations and conditions
as outlined in the general contract papers.
these conditions are binding.
1:party b should satisfy the conditions listed
below and offer relevant document as requested.
a: a copy of party b¡¯s passport should be
offered.
b: party b should offer proof of higher education/diploma.
c: party b should be in good health and be
able to pass a physical examination: offer
certificate of health covering of blood examination
concerning aids and other infectious disease.
d: resume.
e: marriage condition
f: certificate of teacher or other certificate
of technology.
g: recommendation of the professor in your
country.
2: after signing of this contract, party b
will have to experience a testing period of
2 weeks by party a. should it prove to both
sides¡¯ satisfaction, the contract comes to
be effective. by mutual agreement between
party b and party a , contract will be 12
month renewable.
3: party b shall teach 20 hours per week.
in cases of teaching hours exceeding 80 hours
within on month, party b will be paid 50yuan
rmb per extra hour.
4: party b¡¯s main task being to improve the
student¡¯s conversational abilities and comprehension
of english.
5:party b should obey the reasonable rules
made by the college.
party a shall provide to party b the following:
1:a standard teachers apartment incorporating
appliances/items common such accommodation
being supplied including utilities.( phone,
refrigerator, tv and so on)£¨the fees of water,
electricity, computer, gas, phone, cable tv,
internet should be paid by part b£©
2: party a shall provide party b with an economy
airfare return ticket to country of origin
after finals of contract for one year. party
a shall provide party b one-way economy fares
after finals of contract for half a year.(contract
inclusive of holidays and breaks)
3:party b shall enjoy common holidays such
as , labor day(3 days), national day(3 days),
new years day(1 day), christmas(1 day) and
vacation of 10 days. on the other hand, the
college will pay party b subsidy on the summer
and winter holidays: 1100rmb for each holiday.
4:party b shall enjoy the medical treatment.
our college will pay the medical fee at the
end of one year and each person will be paid
at most 3000 rmb a year. if someone exceeds
it , our college have the right to dismiss
him or her. in one medical treatment , our
college will pay 50% if the fee is 500 rmb;
pay 60% if the fee is 1000 rmb; pay 70% if
the fee is 1500 rmb; pay 80% if the fee is
2000 rmb; pay 90% if the fee is 2500 rmb;
pay 100% if the fee is 3000 rmb.
5: party a shall pay party b a penalty rate
for late payment of wage of 5% of monthly
gross each date past due date. due date being
the monthly anniversary of actual start date
teaching by party b.
encouragement:
party a warrants the payment of between 1000-2000
yuan rmb as a prize if the teacher be of prominent
benefit to the college. dispute resolution:
both parties agree that in the event of a
dispute either party is free to seek independent
arbitration. both parties in this annex agree
to allow the dissolution of this contract
should arbitration fail to resolve a dispute.
such dissolution does not negate the obligation
of the parties as per this annexation in relation
to the dispute.
annex closure:
both parties agree to these two pages being
part of the contract and accordingly.
